How much does a helicopter charter cost in India?
Helicopters are charged per flying hour plus 18% GST. The rate depends on the helicopter type, route, positioning and minimum daily hours — our twin-engine AW109SP starts at ₹4,50,000 per flying hour and the VIP S-76C++ at ₹6,50,000. See the helicopter price guide or ask for an itemised quote.
How much does a private jet charter cost in India?
Private jets are priced per flying hour and depend on jet size. Our Hawker 900XP mid-size jet is ₹6,50,000 per flying hour plus GST. Landing, parking, handling and overnight crew costs are listed separately. See the private jet cost guide.
Can a helicopter land at my wedding venue, farmhouse or factory?
Often yes, with approval from the local district authorities. We survey the site and arrange the permissions.
Do you provide helicopters for election campaigns?
Yes — 30-day, 60-day and season-long blocks, including landing permissions, fuel positioning and crew duty planning. See election helicopter hire.
Is the Sikorsky S-76C++ safe?
It is a twin-engine, Category A helicopter with an IFR cockpit, weather radar, TCAS and EGPWS. It operates under a valid NSOP, with DGCA-approved maintenance and USD 20 million liability insurance.
How soon can I fly?
Often within a few hours of confirmation, depending on aircraft availability and airport permissions.
Do I pay for the return leg on a one-way trip?
If the aircraft has to fly back empty, positioning costs may apply. Empty-leg flights are sometimes available at lower fares — ask us.
How much baggage can I carry?
It depends on the aircraft. The S-76C++ has a dedicated external baggage compartment and the Hawker 900XP a hold reachable in flight. Share baggage details at booking so weight can be planned.
What documents do passengers need?
A valid government photo ID for domestic flights, and a passport and visa for international travel.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) with a GST invoice. Block and campaign charters require an advance to reserve the aircraft.
