How much does an election campaign helicopter cost?
The VIP S-76C++ is ₹6,50,000 per flying hour plus 18% GST on a 30-day block with a minimum of 3 hrs 30 min per day. The twin-engine AW109SP is ₹4,50,000 per flying hour plus fuel, rotation and crew stay.
How early should we book?
As early as possible — few civilian helicopters are available for campaign flying and most are taken soon after polling dates are announced.
Which elections do you cover?
Lok Sabha, Vidhan Sabha, municipal and panchayat polls in every state, with 30-day, 60-day and full-season blocks.
Who arranges helipad permissions?
We do — every rally landing ground is checked and approved with the district authorities before the flight.
How is payment handled for a block?
An advance reserves the aircraft, followed by a running balance during the campaign. Payment is by NEFT/RTGS with GST invoices.
